About This Project
As Senior Sitecore Developer for CZ, a leading Dutch health insurance provider, I worked on their Sitecore XM 10.4 platform supporting millions of customers. My primary focus was modernizing the technology stack and improving developer workflows.
I led the migration from .NET 8 to .NET 9 with zero downtime, ensuring full compatibility with Sitecore 10.4 and all existing integrations. I integrated GraphQL for navigation and footer components, reducing API call overhead by 40% and improving page load performance. I also integrated the Blue Billywig video platform into the CMS, giving content editors self-service video management capabilities, and assisted with the migration from APIM to Azure API Management.
Beyond technical delivery, I mentored three junior developers, established PR review standards, and improved code quality across the team. I worked closely with stakeholders to balance technical improvements with business priorities.
